I love how you have the phrases scattered through the book within other content. You can read the book, get ideas, and also find some phrases that are useful.
I also like the categories of phrases, such as for Recent College Grads, Temp Employees, Gen Xers, Gen Yers, Baby Boomer, etc. Very current thinking and very good ideas! This is not just for generic emnployees, but for employees at work now! It includes phrases to help develop people in the kind of skills managers they want to develop in today's workplace such as being forward thinking, continual learning, etc.
Your best of the best has so much useful best practice information that readers love to read.
The focus on positive phrases is also brilliant. Managers can use the phrases to motivate employees to want to develop. And that is 90% of the battle!
