Lean and Engaged Teams

I found the book to be an excellent read and included several improvement items that should be included in Business Process Improvement: Foundation of Quality, Leadership, Lean, Six Sigma, and Employee Engagement.
I have found the book very useful in doing small group studies engaging all levels of leadership helping to spread the knowledge as we execute strategic projects.
Other similar and helpful books: Wisdom of Teams, Lean Solutions, Creating a Lean Culture, The Six Sigma Way Fieldbook, and 4th Generation Management.
