many typos and poor questions
By Mario II St Louis
I was rather disappointed by this version of the textbook given the second edition should be better than the first edition. The text has more chapters. However, the quality of the written chapters and end-of-chapter questions is poor. I wished that the questions were reviewed by the editors to assess their accuracy. Many are vague and lack clarity. If my pediatric and EM trainees are to learn from this text, I expect better.
On a positive, the trauma sections of this text seem to be the best written. I wish that this quality was carried out in other parts of the book.

So-so..

Quality of questions is quite poor. Also, some typos, not sure if they text-proofed it prior to the final print. May be OK for the junior housestaff.
