The McGraw- Hill Operations management book

This book is too abstract. You won't find any forecasting technics, any specifications of product quality control etc.
I purchased this book to learn something about Operations managament before the course starts. Unfortunatelly I just spent my time reading it.
I would recommend other book on operations management Jay Heizer and Barry Render. This book is very big, but you will find in it all you need about operations management.
