Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine, 18th Ed.

This is a standard in the field that has gone through continual updating and revision based on the latest findings and guidelines. I have used an earlier edition and found its coverage to be comprehensive. This 18th edition carries on that tradition and includes a DVD loaded with extra materials.
